The first row has 3 blue blanks this is for the dates your stallion bred the mare. Please note it should be in Spanish form Day, Month, then Year. For example if you bred the mare on March 15th - 17th of 2010 the first blank would be 15/3/2010, the second 16/3/2010, and the third 17/3/2010. If you only bred once then only but one date down.</div> <div> 2. the next line has three small boxes this is for the type of breeding, if your stallion has passed Revision and has not been represented for qualified (Calificado) status and passes with the TRC the you will put an X next to ' Monta Natural' (live cover). If your  stallion has been presented to the TRC and passed then please x the appropriate box, 'Monta Natural' (Live cover), 'Insemination Artificial (Artificial insemination / AI) or 'Transplante de embrion' (Embryo transfer)</div> <div> 3. the next row is a two parter the left hand side, is for the owner of the mare to sign, a signature in the large blank, the printed name next to 'Fdo' and your personal id number next to 'NIF'</div> <div> 4. the second part of the third row is for the person or veterinarian that confirmed the pregnancy, again a signature in the open blank, the printed name next to 'Fdo' the personal id number or Veterinarian number next to 'NIF/N*Colegiado' and the date confirmed next to 'Fecha' (again please note day then Month, then Year)</div> <div> 5. Moving on to the third section ' Datos de la yegua Receptora en Caso de transplante de Embriones' This section is to be filled out ONLY in the case of a TRC Qualified(Calificado) stallion and a Qualified (Calificado) mare that have produced an embryo to be transplanted into another P.R.E. mare. If you are not doing a Embryo Transplant please skip to step 7</div> <div> 6. Fill in the following: Nombre: (Name of the Mare), Raza - P.R.E., Fecha NTO (date of implant) Codigo (registration number of the recipient mare), Microchip (Microchip # of the recipient mare)</div> <div> 7. Section 4. 'Resultado de la Presente Cubricion' This is for the status of the foal to be filled once the foal is born, or not. This is only for your (the stallion owners) records. the first 'Nacido un Producto de Sexo' If the foal is born live, the x this box and if it is a male x the M if it is female x the H. If the pregnancy was aborted x the 'Aborto' or if the pregnancy did not take or was reabsorbed by the mare x the Vacia'</div> <div> 8. Section 5. Observations, </div> <div> Note: As a breeder I like to fill out information on the resulting foals, such as registered name, birth color, markings, movement, temperament, etc for future use in breeding.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> Part 2</div> <div> This is the second page to your Breeding Certificate Print outs ****Remember this should be sent to the LG ANCCE office prior to December 31st of the Breeding year!!!***</div> <div> The bottom right hand corner will have the label ' Ejemplar para el delegado de LG PRE ANCCE (antes del 31 de Diciembre)</div> <div> This is basically a copy for the LG office follow the directions 1-6 above for this page and send it to your LG ANCCE office before Dec. 31st of the Breeding year.</div> <bR> <div> For Mare Owners</div> <div> This is the First page to your Breeding Certificate Print Outs.</div> <div> In the lower right hand corner it should say 'Ejemplar para El Titular de la Yegua Madre'</div> <div> This page is given to the mare owner at the time of breeding for the mare the stallion owner should fill out steps 1-6 steps 7&8 should be filled out by the mare owner.</div> <div> start with the second section of this page titled 'Datos de la Cubricion' (Dates of Breeding).
