Go to lgancce.com</div> <div> 2. Scroll down and on the left hand information bar 'click' on "Zona Privada Ganaderos"</div> <div> 3. Log on to your Breeders page using your breeders code in the first blank and your password in the second.</div> <div> 4. Once onto your breeders page, scroll down on the left hand side bar and 'click' on "Certificados de Cubricion"</div> <div> 5. On the new page there will be a section of blanks to fill in, at the bottom left of this page is a red bar titles "Nuevo Certificado", 'Click' on this red bar.</div> <div> 6. This will take you to a page titled "Datos del Semental"</div> <div> 7. Look at the first line second blank from the left title "Año del certificado" this is the year that you bred your stallion to the mare. click the down pointing arrow to find the year of breeding. Make your year selection.</div> <div> 8. Now look at your second line you will see a second scroll down bar titled "Codigo de Semental" Choose the Codigo or registration number from the list for the stallion you are filling this certificate out for. (*The Codigo or registration number for your stallion can be found on the front page of your stallions carta it is a 15 digit number usually starting with 19010100- or 7240150-)</div> <div> 9. The third line blanks should now be filled in with your stallions red information, on the larger fourth line blank labeled "Sementales" there is a green plus sign 'Click" this plus sign.</div> <div> 10. After the page refreshes itself the fourth blank should now hold the name of the stallion you are filling out this certificate for.</div> <div> 11. The next section is labeled "Datos de la yegua madre" or The data for the mare you have bred to. To the left of this title there is a small black plus sign. 'Click' this black plus sign.</div> <div> 12. If you own the mare leave the information in red as is. If you do not own the mare skip this step and pick up on step "B" This will be the information for you farm. Have the Codigo (registration number), and the mares full name, handy and ready to be typed in.</div> <div> 13. a & b</div> <div> "A - for stallion owners who also own the mare"</div> <div> 1a. On the first line second blank you will find a scroll down bar titled <Seleccionar> to the right of the title "Codigo de la yegua". 'Click' on the downward black arrow and scroll down until you find your mares codigo. Once found 'click' on the codigo. </div> <bR> <div> B" for stallion owners that do not own the mare."</div> <div> 2a. You will see the 'Codigo de Ganaderia" filled in, in red with your breeder codigo. 'click' on this blank and delete the codigo. then 'Click' on the black next to the title "Microchip"</div> <div> 2b. Your screen will refresh - Scroll back down to the 'Datos de la yegua madre' and reopen the section by clicking the black plus sign to the left of the section.</div> <div> 2c. type in the mares name in the second row second blank labeled Yegua. </div> <bR> <div> 14. 'Click' on one of the open blanks below, your screen should refresh.</div> <div> 15. Scroll back down to the 'Datos de la yegua madre' and reopen the section by clicking the black plus sign to the left of the section.</div> <div> 16. The information on the mare you have bred should now be filled in in red </div> <div> 17. At the bottom left of this page there should be two red bars one labeled 'Guardar" (to guard) and the other 'Salir sin modificar' (exit without modification). If the information you typed in is all correct 'click' on the red bar labeled 'Guardar'</div> <div> 18. If everything went ok, once your screen refreshes there should be a green triangle in the upper left had of your screen with an ok in the center and the word Correct to the right. If the information is not right repeat the instructions above again. if there is still a problem contact your LGANCCE office for help</div> <div> 19. To print your breeding certificates (Note: you should fill and print the breeding certificate right after the actual conformation of pregnancy. Should the mare be sold prior to your printing the name of the breeder will be changed along with the ownership of the mare) Scroll to the bottom of the page, where there are now three red bars, labeled 'Guardar', Imprimir informe', and 'Salir sin modificar'. 'Click' on the center red bar 'Imprimir informe'</div> <div> 20. A new page should open in a new window. Print all pages (3)</div> <div> 21. And now you have your completed Breeding Certificates...
